At Seniza Designs, we are committed to exceptional quality and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our policies below based on the type of item you purchased.

1. Handbags & Small Leather Goods We accept returns and exchanges on handbags and small leather goods within [14] days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging, dust bags, and attached tags.

  • Please note: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for standard returns. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Apparel & Made-to-Order Items Our apparel (such as our hoodies and sweatshirts) is exclusively made-to-order just for you. Because these items are custom-printed at the time of purchase, we do not accept general returns, refunds, or size exchanges for apparel due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on the product pages before placing your order.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (All Products) We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (whether a handbag or an apparel item), we will gladly make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the address to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
