Shipping Policy

At Seniza Designs, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because we offer a mix of ready-to-ship luxury goods and custom made-to-order apparel, our processing and shipping times vary by item.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Handbags & Small Leather Goods: These items are carefully inspected and packaged by our team. Orders for these items are typically processed and shipped within [1 to 3] business days.

  • Apparel & Made-to-Order Items: To ensure the highest quality and reduce waste, our apparel (such as hoodies and sweatshirts) is custom-printed at the time of your order. Please allow [2 to 7] business days for production and processing before these items ship.

  • Note: If your order contains both a handbag and an apparel item, they will ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Typically takes [3 to 7] business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: (If offered) Typically takes [1 to 3] business days after processing.

3. International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to [select countries / worldwide].

  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Seniza Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier first.

  • If your order arrives damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at Support@senizadesigns.com with your order number and photos of the condition of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
